What to bring
At least bring:
- Passport or ID-card
- DigiD: if you don’t have a DigiD, see this website: https://digid.steffie.nl/en/
- Income statements of work, pensions and any other income
- Overview of other types of income (e.g. alimony or volunteer’s allowance)
- In the case of alimony: please also bring information about the alimony provider or receiver
- Provisional tax assessments for the relevant year(s)
If you own any private property:
- WOZ-beschikking of the relevant year (letter from your municipality)
- Overview of mortgage payments and costs of the relevant year
For annuity premiums:
- Tax returns from previous years
- Uniform pension statement
Also bring:
- Yearly statement of bank accounts
- Proof of medical costs
- Diet plans prescribed by a doctor
- Costs for clothing and bed linen if you had these expenses due to medical reasons for an extended period of time
- Proof of donations to charitable organizations
- Proof of educational expenses
